Four questions with Chris Kirpatrick of *NSYNC who treated 800 girls from Bonita and Buchanan middle schools and Wharton High School to free shoes Tuedsay (12/18/01). Kirpatrick greeted the crowd with Tampa Bay Buccaneer Warren Sapp:

Q:How often do you get to attend Tampa Bay Bucs games?

A: I went to the Green Bay game earlier this year when they won. I've never been to a game that they've lost. I've been to a couple and they've won every one I've been to . So I need to definitely come to more.

Q: You were born in Pittsburg. Are you a big Steelers fan?

A: They're doing great this year. Tampa's my NFC team and Pittsburg's my AFC. It would be great to see both of them in the Super Bowl . It's going to take a couple of wins from Tampa and some luck. But I think they can do it. They've got such a great team. I just don't understand why they're not winning.

Q: Jerome Bettis is the power behind Pittsburg's running attack. What do you think of Tampa Bay's Mike Alstott?

A: In the Green Bay game he was running nuts. And I think after Keyshawn [Johnson] finally got his touchdown, they're coming out of their slump. I don't know what the heck happened this past weekend.

Q: What would you do if your two favorite teams were in the Super Bowl this year?

A: I'd cry. That's like the hardest thing in the world because when they played each other earlier this year it was hard. I was born in Pittsburg so U have to be a Steelers fan. But if Tampa Bay had won that game, it wouldn't have upset me.
